TMB’s AGM Approves the Name Changing to “TMBThanachart Bank” or “TTB”

TMB Bank Public Company Limited (TMB) announced that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 23, 2021, approved the change of the Bank’s name in English to “TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited” and the change of its Stock Exchange of Thailand symbol from “TMB” to “TTB”.

 

In the meantime, a resolution was passed to approve the issuance and offering of up to 305,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares at a par value of THB 0.95 and at an offering price per share of THB 1.15 to the executives and employees of the Bank and Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited (TBANK) under the 2021 TMB Stock Retention Program.

 

In addition, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the dividend payment of THB 0.045 per share on Thursday, May 20, 2021.
