“Patty Tavatanakit” Leads into R4 LPGA Honda, “Atthaya Thitikul” a Stroke Behind at T2
Patty Tavatanakit maintained her position at 1st place in R3 of LPGA Honda, while Atthaya Thitikul at T2 with one stroke behind.
2021 ANA Inspiration Champion Patty Tavatanakit maintained her status in the leaderboard on the third round of LPGA Honda in Chonburi, Thailand during 6-9 May, 2021, adding two-under par to her now 18-under par.
Tavatanakit struggled on the 3rd and 9th hole where she made a bogey each, but her 4-under par in this round saved her spot at the first place in the leaderboard.
Atthaya Thitikul came in hot on the third round with six birdies to erase her mistakes earlier in the day where she made a bogey on the first and third hole. Currently, Thitikul sat at T2 with a German professional golfer, Caroline Masson, with 17-under par.
Meanwhile, the former world’s number 1 and two major championships Ariya Jutanugarn overcame the pressure she had on the 18th hole on the third round of Honda LPGA in Chonburi, Thailand during 6-9 May 2021, by making a birdie to finish the round at the 9th place with 13-under par.
Ariya Jutanugarn played well in the first two rounds except for the 18th hole where she made a bogey on both days.
Moriya Jutanugarn had good consistency on her swing throughout the day, finishing R3 with six-under par and without a bogey. She moved up to T19 on the leaderboard.
