MK Joins Finansa to Establish a Company to Develop Factory Buildings-Warehouse for Rent
MK's subsidiary and Finansa Company Limited jointly established BFTZ Wangnoi Co., Ltd. to develop factory buildings and warehouses for rent.
M.K. Real Estate Development Public Company Limited (MK) has announced that Prospect Development Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MK, established a new joint venture company, BFTZ Wangnoi Co., Ltd. to develop factory buildings and warehouses for rent.
BFTZ Wangnoi Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 5,000,000 baht, divided into 50,000 ordinary shares at a par value of 100 baht. Prospect Development Company Limited holds 50% stake in the newly established company, while Finansa Public Company Limited holds another 50% of the portion.
