BCPG Records 1Q21 Earnings at ฿523Mn from Full-Quarter Recognition from New Projects
BCPG reported a net profit of 523 million baht in 1Q21, a slight decrease by 8.77% from a net profit of 573 million baht in 1Q20.
BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) has announced its 1Q21 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;
BCPG reported a net profit of 523 million baht in 1Q21, a slight decrease by 8.77% from a net profit of 573 million baht in 1Q20.
Full quarter of revenue contribution from new projects including 1) Hydro power project in Lao PDR named “Nam San 3B”, which the company has acquired since February 2020, and 2) 4 new solar power projects in Thailand (20MW), which the company has acquired since August 2020.
Higher revenue in the quarter was also contributed by the existing solar power plants in Thailand as the power generation increased owing to higher irradiation, higher revenue contribution from Hydro power project in Lao PDR named “Nam San 3A” owing to higher rainfall and higher revenue contribution from solar power plants in Japan thanks to better irradiation and less curtailment days.
