PTT Invests ฿350Mn in Establishing “T-ECOSY” to Operate Digital Platform

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) announced that PTT’s Board of Directors at the meeting No.5/2564 on 20 May 2021 passed the resolution of the establishment of T-ECOSYS Company Limited (T-ECOSYS), which is 100% owned by Siam Management Company Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of PTT), with a registered capital of 350 million baht.

The objective of the T-ECOSYS’s establishment is to operate the industrial digital platform business under the cooperation between PTT and the Ministry of Industry, together with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, the Board of Investment Office (BOI), financial institutions, etc.

The Platform is created as an Ecosystem for service providers and customers who want access to robotics, automation systems, and digital technologies through the Industrial Digital Platform (IDP) which is developed by PTT.

This investment will not only provide a benefit to Thailand’s industrial sector by stimulating usage of robotics and automation systems within the country and less reliance on imported ones, but also provide PTT an opportunity to expand its business.The company is targeted to complete its registration by the third quarter of 2021.
